A delicate pouch of cow’s mozzarella. Slice through to reveal an oozy filling of creamy stracciatella.
Did you know our founder and head cheesemaker, Vito Minoia, introduced the Burrata to the Australian market in the early 2000s? Burrata and Stracciatella originates in Puglia, Vito's birthplace, and is where he learned how to make them in the traditional way at the tender age of 16. Now, we produce these decadent products for thousands of venues across the country, and we like to think the Burrata & Stracciatella he makes here is even better. That's because we pride ourselves on using local grass-fed milk and cream. High quality ingredients make all the difference.
