The smallest of our fresh cow’s milk mozzarella, weighing just (approximately) 2g each! Perline are the size of a precious little pearl. The convenient size makes it perfect for topping your pizza, without the need to cut. When preparing for service, simply strain away the water from the tub, and store the Perline in a strainer in the cool room.

While pizza is delicious, Nonna would coat Perline in saffron, then crumb and deep-fry them — a delectable afternoon treat. But don't take our word for it. Try it yourself!
